General Rental Terms & Conditions

Data Protection

VOCARZ respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected through our website or booking process is used solely for reservation management, customer support, and service delivery. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Reservations

Once your reservation request has been received and confirmed, VOCARZ will send a confirmation email containing all necessary rental details.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including contact details, rental dates, and flight information when applicable.

Any modification request must be submitted by email or WhatsApp. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, availability cannot be guaranteed.

Booking Cancellation

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup, any prepaid amount may be non-refundable.

Driver Requirements

The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years old.

Drivers must hold a valid driving licence and present a passport or national identity document at the time of vehicle delivery.

All passengers, including children, must occupy a designated seat and comply with applicable road safety regulations.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all VOCARZ vehicles.

Vehicle Delivery & Return

For airport deliveries, customers must provide their flight number and arrival time.

A VOCARZ representative will meet the customer at the agreed pickup location.

The vehicle must be returned at the agreed date, time, and location specified in the rental agreement.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are delivered with a certain fuel level and must be returned with the same fuel level.

Additional refueling charges may apply if the fuel level is lower upon return.

Insurance

All rentals include comprehensive insurance coverage as specified in the rental agreement.

Customers remain responsible for complying with all traffic laws and operating the vehicle responsibly.

Additional Drivers

Additional drivers may be added to the rental agreement for an extra charge.

All additional drivers must meet the same age and licence requirements as the main driver.

Child Seats

Child seats are available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

Availability cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.

Accidents, Damage & Theft

In the event of an accident, damage, or theft, the customer must immediately notify VOCARZ and the local authorities.

The customer must follow all instructions provided by VOCARZ and cooperate fully with insurance and police procedures.

Cross-Border Travel

Vehicles may not be taken outside Morocco unless prior written authorization has been granted by VOCARZ.

Deposit Policy

No deposit is required for vehicle rentals.

Vehicle Cleanliness

Vehicles must be returned in reasonable condition.

Excessively dirty interiors may be subject to additional cleaning charges.

Traffic Fines & Parking Violations

The customer is fully responsible for any parking tickets, traffic fines, toll charges, or legal penalties incurred during the rental period.

Lost Keys & Documents

Loss of vehicle keys or official vehicle documents may result in replacement and administrative charges.

Complaints

Any complaint regarding the rental service must be submitted in writing within 7 days following the vehicle return date.

VOCARZ will review all valid complaints and respond as promptly as possible.
